The 1-bit Xnor gate, also called the exclusive NOT OR gate, outputs a 
state only when both inputs are the same. If both inputs are , it outputs . If both inputs are 
, it outputs an . It is useful when you want to know if two bits are the same, regardless of which state they're in.
