The CSS needs fixing. --DrBob (Talk) 13:33, 22 July 2006 (CDT)

I've prettied-up the CSS quite a bit. But if we want pages to remain accessible, it should be noted that this could appear as a second "title" to screen readers and browsers that mess up the CSS. I think this would be better accomplished with javascript, by altering the innerHTML of the appropriate header tag. Javascript-challenged browsers would not change the title, but they would also not display two titles. --inarius 18:34, 28 September 2006 (CDT)
This template is used to replace the default page title with a custom one, perhaps to make it look better. It takes one parameter: the name to display instead of the page name. If no parameter is supplied, the original page name is used.

That's a good idea, and it's now on my todo list. :-) --DrBob (Talk) 01:26, 29 September 2006 (CDT)

This template is used to replace the default page title with a custom one, perhaps to make it look better. It takes one parameter: the name to display instead of the page name. If no parameter is supplied, the original page name is used.

If the display title does not normalize to the existing page title, the template will only add the page to Pages with ignored display titles
